The National Coordination Committee has decided to resume work on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects.
As per the recent meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan, the construction industry will resume its work from 3rd April for China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects.
Furthermore, Imran Khan will also announce a massive package for the construction industry very soon. The purpose of this step is to maintain the economic activity important to deal with the COVID-19 challenges.
Sources told Pak Revenue that the prime minister’s economic team has completed a consultation on the relief package and an advisory has been issued to the provinces for the transportation of labor related to the industry in this regard.
