OGRA PROPOSES HIKE IN PRICES OF PETROL & DIESEL

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Wednesday sent an outline to the petroleum division at another OGRA Proposes hike In Prices petroleum items from June 16, Pak Revenue revealed

In spite of a Rs60 per liter expansion in petroleum costs in beyond 15 days, the public authority is as yet giving sponsored petroleum at Rs9.3/liter and diesel at Rs23.05/liter.

The central government as of late expanded the costs of petroleum items by Rs60 per liter inside a range of seven days after the IMF wouldn’t deliver a US$1 billion tranche, demanding inversion of subsidies on fuel and electricity.

Then again, the rupee proceeded with its descending pattern against the US dollar in the interbank market as the greenback acquired Rs1.21 during early Wednesday exchanging.
