The Federal Board of Revenue FBR has prepared a list of 100 tax defaulting doctors to take strict action against such doctors.
Speaking to the media, Deputy Collector FBR Mohsin Ahsan said,” The list of tax defaulting doctors who were practicing in their clinics or owners of plazas have been prepared.”
The FBR has also acquired the details of their capitals, furthermore, FBR expressed the feelings of humiliation that even millionaire and billionaire doctors did not pay their taxes.
“Notices have been issued to all such doctors asking them to pay their pending taxes and reiterated for taking strict action in case of a not satisfactory reply,” he added.
