Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) export remittances comprising computer services and call center services rose to US$ 901,486 million, up 23.94 percent over the first nine months of the 2019-20 financial year (July-March) compared to US$ 727,353 million over the same period in the 2018-19 financial year.
As per the statistics of performance report of the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), an IT and IT services (ITes) enabled export remittances organization under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunications, including telecommunications, computer, and information services, increased to US$ 1,054 billion over the first nine months of FY 2019-20 (July-March) at a rate of growth of 19.91%.
Furthermore, the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication made special efforts to promote IT exports and to encourage IT firms.
